Payments
All payments are handled by PayPal so we don'thave to request and save any financial details from you to process your order.
Shipping
All goods in stock are normally shipped the same day when ordered before 4pm GMT.
The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible
subject to availability.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 7 working days by insured post or carrier at your risk.
We'll gladly exchange it, offer you a different product of equal value, or give you a refund less the cost of sending it to you.
Unsealed CD's, printed music or any other copyrighted material or perishable items are exempt.
If you wish to return an item or require more information on returning goods please contact us.

Gaurantees
All new and ex-demonstration products come with 12 months guarantee.
Secondhand equipment is covered by a 3 month guarantee.
Some manufacturers offer 2 years and even 3 years warranty on selected items.
